"The Greatest Chinese historian Sima Qian" was born in Hancheng in Han dynasty.It has a history of over 3000 years and among "China History and Culture Famous City".Since Xia Dynasty the far ancestor had established a small city in there.

It's a "coal city".Has the biggest Power Plant in western China.
